Foundation Repair serving Baltimore, MD since 2018

Leaking in my finished basement. Did not want any work done on the inside. Mike came out and gave me an estimate that fit what I wanted. I got 3 estimates and went with Mike. He and his team were on time and got the job done in some really hot weather. Mike kept me informed with text and photos when I was not around. Honored original cost even thought it was and extra day and a half then he planned. Serviced in July we've had some good rains and my basement is dry as promised.

I truly appreciate Mr Mike and Brittany, they came through when I really needed waterproofing. They do honest and quality business and work, as well as very affordable compared to the different companies I looked into. Im so thankful to God I went with their company. So if your looking for quality work at a great price reach out to them, because I doubt you'll find anyone more affordable with great quality work. Thank you guys, I'll definitely be recommending you to family and friends💯💯💯💯💯

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job with waterproofing my basement and removing any mildew smell from years of neglect. They showed up on time and worked hard to get the job done quickly and for a reasonable price. The crew took care to protect the floors and any dust that was generated from the drilling in the concrete floor. They cleaned up after their work and walked through the entire job with me from start to finish. They made suggestions on what could be done to ensure the basement would stay clean and dry in the future. They also did some painting and removal of old insulation and water damaged wood framing. I would highly recommend using ABC for your basement waterproofing needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Accurate Builders for some much-needed foundation repair at my home. Specifically, they tackled a large crack in the foundation of my backyard patio, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outcome. From start to finish, my experience with Accurate Builders was stellar. Mike, who was the point of contact for my project, demonstrated an exceptional level of attention to detail. It was evident from the initial consultation that he truly cares about his work and ensuring that his clients are satisfied. The repair was executed flawlessly, and the foundation now looks brand new—better than I could have imagined. What really stood out was the price. Accurate Builders provided a quote that was not only within my budget but also seemed like a great deal given the quality of work performed. The transparency and fairness of the pricing were much appreciated, and it was reassuring to know that I wasn’t paying more than necessary. In summary, Accurate Builders has exceeded my expectations in every way. The foundation repair was executed to perfection, the cost was reasonable, and Mike’s meticulous attention to detail ensured that I received top-notch service. I would not hesitate to recommend Accurate Builders to anyone in need of foundation repair or waterproofing services. My experience was a solid 5 out of 5, and I’m confident you’ll be just as satisfied with their work.

You will be hard-pressed to find a more remarkable, honest, and fairly priced construction team in Maryland. Mike, the owner, is personally present from start to finish on every project—a rare and reassuring level of commitment. He is meticulous in his communication and leaves the work area in better condition than he found it. Even more impressive, he stands behind his craftsmanship with lifetime guarantees. When I discovered a foundation crack that led to water in my basement, Mike came out to inspect the issue within 24 hours of my call. He provided a quote on the spot and was prepared—on a Sunday, no less—to complete the repair before the next rainfall. That level of responsiveness and dedication speaks volumes. Brittany was equally wonderful to work with. When I encountered a payment issue, she handled it with grace and understanding, making an already stressful situation far easier to navigate. The work itself was completed promptly and to the highest standard. I truly cannot recommend this team highly enough. If you are seeking dependable professionals for home improvements or waterproofing needs, you will not be disappointed in choosing them.
